ignoring the whole wholesomeness part, something that I am upset about is how these problems are almost always created via miscommunication. some party does not explain properly, or another does not listen, and then everybody is left feeling bad, with potentially lasting consequences. it's probably because they're teens, since we were stupid too when we were teens ourselves, but damn, I kinda wish that there were more comics/mangas/animes with proper communication between the different parties. or maybe something focused on people learning said skills
