Once she was released, Dick Van Dyke’s wife started spending more time on the family’s ranch in the desert. At the time, Michelle was suing actor Lee Marvin, with whom she had a six-year relationship. I was drawn into a relationship. I was involved with a woman other than my wife. It was unbelievable. I was 13 when Mary Poppins came to the screen. I had just gotten out of the hospital after stomach surgery, and instead of taking me home, my Mom and Dad took me right to the theatre to see Mary Poppins. I loved it and loved being alone with my parents as well. A special day.
