After watching season 2. I realized how Sue tried so hard to keep her combusting feelings for Emily. In the first season Sue upfronted that she chose Emily between her brother Austin, but Emily was already moving on and giving way to Austin cuz she saw how Austin loved Sue and Emily also loved her brother that she gave up Sue to him. Ever since she met Ben she was already trying to move on from Sue cuz she knew that 2 girls can’t be together that time. Instead she chose to let Sue be married to her brother without even hearing Sue out when she came back in season 1 when she thought Emily was dying. Sue came back for her. But Emily pushed her away atleast thats what I see. That explains why Sue told Emily a bad word and walked out when Emily told her that shes all embracing the whole marriage and being housewife. Sue also saw how Emily easily diverted her attention to Ben. She was even jealous. Then Sue found out she was pregnant so she fully embraced the marriage. But then in Season 2 she lost her baby. And it felt like her decision had some regrets too. She was so hurt that she cant be with Emily anymore. With her words it made it worst so she pushes Emily away. Although I still dont get why she had to sleep with Sam just cuz she dont want to feel things. It isnt about her losing the baby anymore but her feelings that cant be deny towards Emily. Sue just exploded that she is still so much in love with Emily.
