Heard’s testimony is not only contradicted by Johnny’s account, but also by Isaac, Ben, Alejandro, bodyguards, house keepers, a doctor, two nurses, 4 police officers, videos and photos, and the list goes on and on… it’s so scary how a very trouble woman can destroy a man’s life. Is so damaging not only to him and his family, but to women and victims/survivors around the world.

My son went through this for several years. The woman finally dropped it but not until after she almost completely destroyed him. She was never punished by the courts and they all knew she lied. Also the stylist from the James Corden show she appeared on the next day, who says she didn't have a mark on her. She appears completely unscathed. One would think that if she had been so horribly physically abused and emotionally traumatized that they would be incapable of such an appearance in such close proximity to the event. What kind of abuse victim, fearlessly, viciously and repetitively taunts and emotionally abuses their abuser like she is on tape doing, and also laughing at him that it will never be believed that she is abusing him, because he is male? If one is terrified of their abuser they don't do this and they sure don't refuse to let him leave. They pray for that to happen so that they may have a chance to flee from their abuser! Her testimony is totally nuts and it adds up and no way, shape or form. If you have such an abusive relationship with someone why would you marry them, unless you have your own mental health and substance abuse problems, which she clearly did... she's no angel.

The stylist was totally aware she was lying through her teeth. So many people supporting the true victim of the abuse here. I'm sorry you had to go through that. IPV is such a difficult thing to go through on its own. Having that partner then go and lie about it to the people on the outside and besmirch your own character is absolutely sould destroying. My biggest hope about this case is that it will open the door to more men coming out and talking about being victims of IPV. It is so important. Even though there are more women killed by their partners than men, it does not make men immune to being victimized. And many of them go through lives keeping silent, because it is somehow seen as shameful, which it shouldn't be. In my own personal experience, having been in an abusive relationship, the abuser doesn't pick you, because you are weak and thus easier to victimize. Rather, seeing a strong person crumble in front of them because of their actions is gives them so much more power. Like breaking a wild horse... Your ex deserves to be KO'ed by karma.

Biggest red flag to me has been when she said that Johnny would repeatedly punch her in the face… with his rings on. You don’t get repeatedly punched in the face by someone with multiple rings on for years and never have any photo evidence of it or scarring. I mean it’s really just such a ridiculous thing to even claim that it affirms a clear personality disorder of some type. She seems to not understand what it actually looks like when someone is punched, closed fist either with or without a ring. It is absolutely brutal.
@no-good-productions
@no-good-productions 2 жыл бұрын
I know this behavior from borderline... they try to punch your face with all they have, you block it, yell stop and a few months later what happened is: You yelled and hurt her arm. this is actually a pattern. What happens is this: They have some kind of amnesia when stressed (there is a name for that amnesia) but they remember the bad energy feeling and later on they have to make sense out of it and that's why the blameshifting and gaslighting seems so crazymaking - they REALLY believe it.

I once unknowingly backhanded someone as they passed by me on the street. It was unintentional and without much force. But my ring imprint was left on his cheek for a while as I apologised profusely. So there is no way she couldn't have pictures with rings imprints left behind, especially if the punches were conscious and intentional. How could she not sneaked even one photo of her messed up face with streak of red imprints when she took time to photograph every 'evidences' of his violence and abuse.

My current take on the situation is, that Johnny got high all the time, but was chill and needed some me-time. She drank alcohol most of the time and got mad constantly. Seeing her husband on drugs made her aggressive and she started fights on a crazy borderline level of intensity. He on the other hand, never got physically aggressive towards her. His fight-or-flight instinct got into "flight"-mode most of the times, but sometimes he had to push her away, because she was chasing and beating him. So her perspective is, that he ruined their marriage with his kind of behaviour, because that really triggered her, but her aggressiveness was absolutely out of hand. She was the abuser.

Both of them were recording things extensively, supposedly ordered by their marriage councellor because Johnny Depp felt like he was going insane from gaslighting by Amber Heard. In fact, Amber Heard seems to be the only one who was recording secretly, her evidence do not include metadata which can be due to editing. That's illegal in California, but I think the Depp legal team allowed those to show to the jury that some of these evidence were taken illicitly. Despite all those recordings, not one where Depp is any more violent than forcibly closing some cabinet doors down. Or grabbing a phone once he noticed he was secretly being filmed. No photos of bruises or cuts or wounds. Except some where the bruise seemingly moves from the cheek to the temple, and the coloration doesn't match the timeline. Heard has not put forth any evidence that is consistent with her testimony or condemning enough to make me believe her.

Thank you for that final analysis, it is the first thing that has really made sense to me. I was never a Depp fan, although I found him watchable and enjoyed many of his movies. When the accusations came out I was shocked, but remained neutral and mostly forgot about it after they settled their divorce. I only became engaged when I heard the tapes of them talking. I have been informed many times about what abuse sounds like and it was all there; she presented herself to the world as blameless, but she was clearly abusive. What I didn't understand, until now, was the ups and downs in their relationship; why her behaviour became so extreme and he didn't walk away. This is all very sad, but Depp needs to win this case. He will probably lose because of the legal requirements of a deformation case, but if that happens the media and will never acknowledge that some women do lie and not only men are physically abusive. As Depp said, this never had to happen, he just wanted them to go their separate ways. What a nightmare.

Great post.This is not a 'we like you' best contest. The legal requirement is to show that it was Ambers ONE article that cost Johnny all his jobs. I simply cannot believe that Johnny let his lawyers frame it that way. As soon as Amber's lawyers started her defense that was the one fact they kept banging on. And as soon I saw that I said,damn,no matter what.... Johnny's lost this case. Because,IN MY OPINION, it's clear Amber lied in public numerous times about Johnny before that article and after that article and displayed a clear intent to misrepresent his entire span of behavior during their marriage to harm him anyway possible. But his lawyers cannot bring all that into the court unless she brings that up -which she just did. From Amber's side,it might have well been better to not testify because of the narrow focus on the charges against her. This case would have never happened if Johnny thought with his big head and not his little head and if Amber was'nt ready to cash in. Despite being promoted everyday as super cool in movies,tv and music,the use of alchohol and drugs by both people ,in real life,sure did not help anything at all. And a twenty year plus difference in age is often a relationship killer and it was from the start here. This is a mess. Johnny got his truth out unedited and uncensored and Amber will get the same opportunity. But this only one year and three month marriage is like it lasted a decade. I will be glad when all this is finally over.

No way is she guilty of what she claimed Johnny did. I mean just recall what she said. She said Johnny slammed her down onto the floor which was full of glass shards. Then he raped her with a bottle until her vagina bled while the glass was piercing through her back. She managed to get up and run through the glass and to her room. Then she went to sleep but not the hospital. After all that Johnny went to cut off his own finger. Amber wakes up in time to make the guy coffee in front of everyone. No matter the expression she has and no matter the tears she cries. This story is incredible? Unbelievable? Fantastical? She is legitimately crazy. If i was on the stand i would testify to the are minimum. Two or three slaps by johnny. Minimum damage, no need to see a doctor or go to the hospital. Keep it clean and just testify to a tiny bit of micro abuse to fend off the lawsuit. Nope she goes right to bottle rape and face pummelling and grabbed by the neck and thrown across the room. How can she think thats believable? Theres something seriously wrong with her. Shes mental. Maybe a bit psychopathic.

I have re-listened to the tapes that JD's team played during his testimony and there is one out there that has not been played in court due to other people being recorded. In this tape Dr Kipper, is there right after the finger fight. Dr Kipper and the nurse Deb are speaking and Dr Kipper states flat out "she did it, his finger is crushed".. Also we hear Amber crying hysterically and claiming over and over that she was so sorry, she loves him, in which Dr Kipper replies, she's feeling guilty now and that she needed something to calm down and they need to get her back to LA as soon as possible. I believe the evidence, she didn't take any photo's as there were no injuries on her. She is really giving women a bad name and it's now possible that real victims will not be believed. I don't think she ever loved him, she was hoping for him to worship her and give her every thing and she would get these great acting jobs and they would become a power couple in Hollywood. When that didn't work, she went in on JD in her anger and shame, painting him as a monster, because, she didn't get the fairy tale she wanted.

They never had injuries that needed medical treatment, just the typical bruises you can get when accidentally running into another kid or tripping. I can't imagine how you can cover the swelling with make-up and how you can have normal facial expressions with bruises on your face that hurt. People would have noticed that you feel pain when moving your face. And whenever we talk, we move our face. I find it impossible to believe she was punched by a grown up man and could hide the injuries from everybody else. I know abused women that tried to hide the abuse, I've seen the way they move. They usually will mention that they fell or by accident got injured while doing chores or that the dog or cat did hurt them accidentally. There's no testimony of anybody claiming one such thing.

He spends most of his time on the tapes listening to Amber rant about trivial matters or about matters that neither Amber or Johnny understand. Amber talked so much on the tapes that, at times, she forgot what she was talking about. Johnny did very little talking and all Amber wanted to do is talk about their problems. @@bujinkanatori I don't want to give you too much information or be too graphic... but here's the basics so you can understand... *Content Warning* and disclaimer- this is my opinion of what's happening, not all women would feel the same way. --If a woman inserts a tampon and it's just slightly askew to one side, you can feel it, it's uncomfortable. And that's made out of soft material and not forced in by someone else. You fix it and probably don't give it much thought later. No bleeding, no lasting damage. --If a woman was penetrated with an unbroken bottle, it could leave bad tearing akin to a rape. You -*-would absolutely-*- feel it and it would be very painful. Most people would feel compelled to get emergency medical care if there's tearing- it's very painful and there would be bleeding. --If the bottle was broken, as the assault was happening, you would be doing everything within your power to move away from the cause of that pain- to escape- to get away. Imagine a broken bottle shoved into your face- similar to that. After the assault, broken glass would be left behind, the cuts would be different depths, some very deep and requiring stitches. You wouldn't get up the next morning and casually make coffee. You'd probably still be in the ER getting treatment. At the very least, there would be blood on the sheets and on whatever you slept in, and walking/moving around would be very(!) painful. You would be very concerned about permanent damage. Her approach to whatever wounds were inflicted is more like the first scenario I described- casual, with no mention of what she felt the next day, no concern expressed- like the kind you might show after inserting a tampon slightly sideways. For her to claim she didn't know whether the bottle was broken or not is the most absurd lie she's told yet. To go back to the same analogy- if someone shoved a bottle in your face, you'd know by the way it felt and by the cuts and damage whether it was broken beforehand or not. I hope Johnny's lawyers take her apart on cross-examination for that lie because it's heinous and hurts people who have suffered that kind of abuse and trauma.

Of everything she has claimed during her testimony, I'm stuck on the visualization she painted of escaping from behind the bar. Multiple broken bottles of liquor on the tile floor and she's frantically trying to get out of there, slipping on the tile, trying to run away. She said the picture of the area behind the bar wasn't accurate. So, I'm supposed to believe 1: that the house manager cleaned up the tile from all the blood, glass, and liquor that should be there after something like that and then that he added broken glass back to the scene before taking the picture, and 2: that after the incident she didn't take pictures of her feet or seek treatment and was able to walk through an airport unassisted with no one noticing she had trouble walking?

Your theory doesn't hold because for two years Heard had nothing to do with Depp. They were both ambling along. In 2017 Depp made lots of money more than he had made in years and he was confident everything was back on track so he took 8 months off film making to play music and vacation. She slowly worked her way back to work. Then a journalist in the UK that neither of them knew wrote an article that Depp didn't like and Depp made world headlines by suing and saying AH lied. Suddenly a scandal that everyone had forgotten was back on the front page. AH became a witness for the newspaper and Depp started giving pretty awful interviews about AH in Rolling Stone and GQ. Then the ACLU persuaded AH to respond in the Washington Post. It is my firm belief that if the journalist in the UK hadn't written his article Depp and Heard's paths would never have crossed again. Depp and Heard would have stayed out of each other's way. Instead Depp lost his case in the UK and was humiliated on the world stage and now he is angry and ashamed. I would add that Depp was never going to win the case in the Britain. The publisher of that British newspaper Rupert Murdoch owns a large percentage of Disney and knows exactly what went on in Australia in 2015 on the Pirates 5 set. He has long employed the worst of the worst paparazzi and gutter journalists. One of journalists went to jail because in order to get a story he hacked the phone of a little girl who had been murdered and the police thinking the hacking activity was the little girl were sent on a wild goose chase. Murdoch's editorial team at The Sun would have known what Depp was really like when he was coked out of his head. Amber Heard is caught in the cross fire. As she said in the Washington Post she terrified and getting constant death threats because she is trapped between powerful men and their institutions. If you have never read the article it is very good. One read of it and you'll know straight away from the language that she didn't write it but nevertheless it will tell you a lot about violence and power.

She sprinkles that in as to not make it obvious but far less than a genuine victim would be, she dramatized every single moment, is never at fault, adds things that have no importance to try and push her narrative, for victims there is no narrative and they remember the trauma vividly, that's what makes it trauma and it doesnt discriminate between how bad x event was. The other thing is for all of this abuse you doesnt detail ANY hospital visits which for victims is extremely scary as it might out the shit storm going on at home and escalate which terrifies those being abused.

None of the physical evidence supports any of Amber's claims. None. She, according to her former assistant, morphed her style of dress, her tastes in music, art and reading to match Johnny's as if she were preparing herself to become his ideal woman. She was a heavy drug user in her own right...long before she met Johnny. Her constant harping about Johnny's drug use is projection. The level of manipulation she displays is off the charts and consistent with Dr. Curry's analysis of Amber's personality. That anybody can believe a word she says in light of the physical evidence (which includes audios of her admitting to assaulting him on multiple occasions despite her claims to only having struck him once in self defense) and her terrible and obvious acting on the stand, defies logic. Some of the audios that have not yet been played for the court shows her level of antagonism, derision and cruelty towards Johnny when speaking to him...in ways no victim of abuse I've ever heard of would dare to do. She is an absolute detriment to real victims of domestic violence.

I think it was super interesting when she was testifying about Johnny's finger loss and how when she woke up, she discovered that he'd "written all over the walls" and the gesture she makes over and over is holding a pen/paintbrush and writing - as in, from her point of view. I feel that if I'd woken up and found my partner had written all over the walls and I was trying to explain this to someone, I would make more of a sweeping gesture, to demonstrate the size or scope of what I was confronted with. I wouldn't be sitting there gesturing as I myself was the one holding the pen and writing. It was very strange to watch, and I think it was the bodily version of a Freudian slip.

When I first heard about Amber’s original claims I believed her because it was during the big MeToo movement and I thought I should believe the woman. I’ve always been a Johnny fan and had a preconceived opinion about what he was like and it was hard to let that positive opinion go. Then he went on the stand and I thought that’s the Johnny I think he is. She’s lying. Then I hear her on the stand and in the beginning I believed her and thought maybe he wasn’t the type of guy I thought he was. He was doing drugs, I’d read he was jealous, and I could see him being infatuated with the young, “beautiful creature”. But the more she started talking and her stories were different than Johnny’s in situations I got so conflicted and understood that one of them is seriously lying. Right now I’m at the point that she’s just making shit up! I no longer find her credible at all. I think that doctor became emotionally attached almost like a mother figure. I found her defending Amber a couple of times like I want to defend my own daughter. (My daughter is nothing like Amber but you know what I mean). I predict Johnny is gonna bring in lots of witnesses to rebut her claims. And, I have a theory that she made those claims in the very beginning to gain sympathy like some other women were getting at that time. She didn’t expect it to backfire on her because people loved Johnny so much. But then again I’m retired and have way too much time on my hands to watch every minute of the court and over analyze.

I had to testify at the sentencing of someone who abused me (DV and SA). So I’ve been in a very similar situation as what Amber describes, and I’ve been cross examined in court over it. Although everyone processes things differently, Amber’s testimony didn’t resonate with me at all (not that it has to to be true). It was antithetical to how I felt/behaved when having to describe my abuse in court. While describing my abuse, I couldn’t bear to look the jury. Remember-one of the reasons people in DV stay is because its embarrassing to tell people about. There’s a cognitive dissonance between knowing you shouldn’t stay with someone treating you this way, and overcoming the shame to be able to tell people so you can get out. I found it difficult while bearing that shame to look the jurors in the eye. Describing how I was treated, particularly the SA, to complete strangers was humiliating. I still remember the face of the one juror-a woman- who was the only person I snatched a glance at. That was the only person I saw in the jury. Otherwise, I looked at the lawyer as he cross examined me, or my hands, or allowed my eyes to kind of lose focus while setting them at a point in space. Looking the jurors in the eye was psychologically impossible for me. Also, I did not…could not even imagine recalling any of the “romantic” aspects of that previous relationship. I was terrified of that person. There was no place in my mind or heart where I felt called to wax poetic about the way we fell in love. Hearing Amber’s voice soften as she recalled their relationship made no sense to me. She used a lot of rhetorical devises (repetition, dynamic volume etc) that made this feel very much like a stage performance. Lastly, the way she described “moving slowly” as not to incur more of his anger seemed like a pantomime of what actually happens in DV-where victims diminish themselves, try not to share when something said hurts them, speak more quietly, avoid responding to goading comments, avoid eye contact etc. But moving slowly? This is your supposed abuser, not a Trex in Jurassic Park. He’s not triggered by movement. Just didn’t connect in anyway to what ive experienced first hand or what I know about DV. That said, I think its very possible JD was physical with her at points. But as far as who the abuser was in a wholistic sense (physical, emotional etc), I think that’s AH.

Where are the medical records from doctors around the world confirming her ordeal and injuries? Where are Amber's own photos of the multiple injuries she describes (cut up feet, in particular)? One would think that, after all of the surreptitious video and audio recordings she made during the relationship that she would have documented her own injuries as extensively, if not more so. Before I get into the case, I just have to say that as a person who had BPD (no longer qualify for the diagnosis because of good results with lots of therapy -yay recovery!) I am very concerned about the BPD diagnosis becoming even more stigmatized after the whole world has watched Ms Heard, who allegedly has BPD, in court. She doesn't exactly give it a good name. If she has it, it is quite the extreme case with heaps of comorbidities that have not been addressed (in my amateur opinion). I've never met anyone quite as disturbed, false and cunning as her in all my years of group work together with people suffering from personality disorders.. Even the extremely reactive patients felt shame, had a bad continence, and eventually admitted their mistakes. Now, about her testimony.. I'm always heavily inclined to believe a person (women) reporting SA or DV because it is horrifyingly scary and dangerous to speak up about your abuse, but it's becoming so difficult to believe AH. Something just seems very off about her story, and the way it doesn't match her body language or demeanor. And the way she isn't taking any responsibility for any of the volatile behavior, even though we've heard clear audio evidence of her being abusive. JD has admitted to a lot of bad behavior, but denies the assault allegations. He also seemed genuine on the stand, and his body language matched his words.

But in my opinion, backed up by eye-witness testimony of 1st hand accounts, I don't believe he EVER physically abused her. Did he take his frustration out on objects, cabinets, etc? Yes! But again, there is not one person to support Amber's allegations, other than individuals who she reported her claims to. Photos supporting the degree of violence she claims occurred?... don't exist. All she has, other than her overdramatic performance, are some photos with no verifying markers, such as time stamps, to authenticate them, showing zero swelling, slight minimal bruising, (similar to after getting botox &/or that could b replicated with makeup🤔 & none of them, some claimed to b taken days after incident, showing the hard to replicate greenish purple coloring indicative of a healing bruise), & a dab of blood on a lip one could sustain in support of Johnny's claim, by bumping heads with someone while trying to restrict them from attacking you. I don't believe her for a second & she's a sad excuse for a woman for diminishing & tarnishing the factual experiences of other woman survivors of IPV & DV. If everyone did the research of all the video, audio, text messages, testimony & depositions that exist, she would wholeheartedly b exposed for the fraud that she is & Johnny Depp could finally receive the vindication & apology that he's so rightfully owed!!

Anyone who believes Depp to be some kind of angel in all this (and that seems to be just about everyone posting online) is simply deluded, and clearly comes to the trial already set in opinion and agenda. There seems to be a lot of people out there that desperately need to find one great big bucket to spew their vitriolic hate into, rather than do the vital work of looking into the source of their own bottomless pit of nastiness. Just my opinion, of course.

Depp was using between 3 and 4 grams of cocaine a day. In Australia that is a traffickable quantity and attracts a 20 year jail term. Depp's own text messages between his personal assistant Nathan Holmes and himself argue about how much he can get at a time. Dr Kipper saw Heard was distressed but they all agreed that she needed to be shipped out Australia so she couldn't be interviewed or photographed by paparazzi. @@foliofolio ya that’s not terribly un common for normal life. Ie. Haha wasn’t a big deal, removed retelling, no expressive emotions so on and so forth. but how she testified was more not emotionless in a cooping way but from my side a bad story telling way. She overacted but with no emotions. But I get why you reply. People keep bringing up certain things “victims” don’t do and do do but it’s more the whole lot with her. Victims act and react in many way. Yet every flag is raised from over acting, un-emotional, backwards actors, helpful forgetfulness, odd details, changing of time so on and so forth. It’s a very odd situation that it hard to actually get her base line. She chooses to instead mask it all under a false sympathetic role. Many victims who are emotionless are punished or mocked because they don’t express what we want from them. She is not falling into that here. All in my opinion.

Amber appeared to embellish her testimony on Thursday in an effort to make up for the lack of physical evidence supporting her claims, and the rather obvious hammering she's taking in the court of public opinion. JD has been consistent in what he has claimed, but was clearly out of control and unstable for long periods of time, and must have been difficult to maintain a relationship with. Neither of them come out of this looking like a wonderful life partner.

As a woman who was with an addict (alcohol) for 9 years I can relate to the feelings of not wanting to give up on someone and often chasing them and being left angry and confused when they disappear to use more. Also me calling him out on his behaviour would cause arguements which in the beginning he would walk away from which would leave me angry and confused again and it would make me want to chase him. After a few years I quit arguing, I started to do what he did. Ignored the phone when he was wanting to come home after his binges, not looking at his texts etc. And that would lead to him being one to chase me. He'd get sober, things would be great for a while and then it would all go wrong again when he drank. I didn't allow any alcohol in the home but he worked a lot, and while working away he had the freedom to drink without me there to tell him no. He'd stay away longer than he had to for work to do more drinking. It was toxic as hell and some of what Amber says really resonates with my own experience. However the over emphasis on drug and alcohol use from her and her team is a red flag as it's as if they're trying to say it goes hand in hand with physical abuse. I can honestly say despite things being bad between me and my ex partner we never ever, not even once got physical. We yelled at each other sure, but we didn't throw things, we didn't hurt each other in any physical way and this was over a 9 year period in which his drinking got progressively worse. Addicts can be a nightmare to live with and leave you feeling insecure and hurt, but it doesn't always mean they're abusive and just because someone has problems with substances it doesn't automatically make them violent. At least that's my experience. I honestly believe JD disappeared so he could drink in peace and because he hated the confrontation. I don't think addicts who don't want to quit enjoy that sort of thing and will always rebel against it and disappear. I don't know what went on behind closed doors but I do know that not all addicts are violent in relationships. So I wish they'd quit focussing on that so much as if it justifies a female putting hands on a male. It doesn't.

I think you are ignoring the fact that she was drinking heavily and taking drugs all through their relationship. She refused to give up both of those to support him. This picture she is trying to paint, of a savior/martyr trying to get him clean is complete BS. In audio tapes you can hear her telling him to take Xanax. In the audio tapes she frequently sounds intoxicated, slurring her words. In the audio tapes Dr. Kipper suspects she was on cocaine when the finger was cut off. There is submitted testimony in documented nurses notes that she took Ecstacy (MDMA) and mushrooms and drank, all at the same time. In the nurses notes she admitted taking illicit drugs with a man in her home that she didn't want JD to know about (presumably James Franco). The huge wine expenses that JD was paying for were HERS and reduced to nearly zero after she was divorced from him. She also had a substance abuse problem and is not owning up to that because it ruins her narrative.

@@nickbenning6300 Did you even read what Lynsey said? Even if he withdrew from her because of his addiction, that doesn't mean that he was violent. Amber's "desperation" to control him does not justify her throwing things, spitting, or hitting him. Those are not solutions. She is on tape admitting to starting physical fights. She is on tape admitting to hitting him. He is on tape trying to get away! She is the violent one in the relationship. She is the one with a history of violence toward others. Johnny is 58 years old, and everyone who knows him talks about how kind, caring, respectful, and generous is. No one has ever claimed that he was abusive until Amber made her false accusations.
