I think i might have noticed some symbolism in this video. In the beginning you see a snake in the background, before she cheated on him and then later on you see him with snake skinned shoes. Maybe coincidence, or maybe him portraying the wearing of said shoes as a wound or reminder to how he was cheated on, by a snake like person.
