The crazy competitive culture in Korea can be partially blamed, people are expected to succeed in life and work to 100%, which is impossible, of course. Also, abusers have their own insecurities, jealousy, other problems make them angry and violent to others. But these problems are not an excuse to abuse anyone and they must work on their problems. If they reserve to violence or psychological abuse they must be punished.

The image of the black eye online is definitely not just an ordinary black eye - I've seen a few black eyes from fights but that is from intense trauma - possibly from when she was falling down while drunk or when falling at a high speed and hitting one of the other railings of a room's balcony on the lower floor leaving her to land on her back. Hope the other students are losing sleep from this coming back into the open. There seems to be multiple circumstantial evidence in this case that makes it Obvious she did not jump to her death. The coroner's report of damage inside Jung's mouth and face - not caused by the fall. The girl's stated that there was a fight with hair pulling when they also said that they needed to throw water in her face to wake her up, how would someone like that have the coordination to jump off the railings when it's above rib level. The fact that they changed their stories is a huge red flag. It's obvious that they either got together to create a single story of what to say to the cops or they were told by faculty of what to say - likely knowing the rest of their lives would be destroyed if any single one of them spoke up. I think they were laughing at her as she was on the balcony railings or were holding her off of it making her think she's falling when she was in and out of consciousness and lost grip of her. I don't think the Girl's would be laughing on the witness report if they knew of her Black eye before the fall, knowing that her parents and faculty would blame them for it. One or two of these circumstances would make you think that it's possible that she jumped to her Death - but all of these together are alarm bells blaring at us about the Truth.

Why no talk about finger prints on the cloths. And SK schools and police don’t have good records with bully victims. It’s like they protect bullies. Surprisingly, even parents doesn't come forward , maybe because victims hide them (?) ( Yes , bullying like this exists in uni , but high school ? Mentally and physically breaking another person who is the same age as me when I am a minor myself - doesn't makes any sense . Another thing to be sad for is these people doesn't even gets proper punishment cuz they are "minors" . )

Jealousy can intoxicate someone's character to the worst... And what to they got out of it? Of bullying? Of being responsible for someone's death? That is just cruel and beyond my imagination. This girl had her whole life in front of her. And to be honest, there will always be someone who is better, prettier, wealthier, healthier, fitter, slimmer and I don't go around and push people over the rooftop. This needs to stop... Kids need to learn at a very young age to value all of the human beings and being greatful for what they are. If you wish someone the best, good things will happen to you. Even if it's cheesy, I believe in this. Or the phrase : maybe nothing good is happening to you, because at the moment you are the good thing that is happening to someone. Be kind ❤

@@GRAZYTV omg I am really very happy you replied to my comment..... this really made my day.....❤️❤️ I think that police should have interrogate the girls separately..... There were some kind of manipulation and bulling had to happened to Jung into doing such a horrifying thing.... I hope this case to solve as soon as possible and to bring justice to the victim and her family.

Not responsible for Jung's death! South Korea should really start doing something about there justice system. And these teachers in their schools should start doing something about the bullying in their school. God this is infuriating. They should have at least gotten some sentences and this is why bullying will continue to escalate in South Korea because their justice system decide to ignore the problem.

In the end, school bullying is never going to go away. Because reputation is so important, especially in places like Asia, the school's imagine will be always put above a couple of lives. In fact, given their statements, I wouldn't be surprised if the school helped them put together their report...
@Oohkamitama Жыл бұрын
Why are their faces blurred? That’s not right. Why can’t the internet do their justice when legally there will never be? No wonder Asian ghosts are so scary and ruthless. These type of cases of “bullying” is crazy scary and horrible.

This is a true horror story, but at least you’re shedding light on it. I don’t expect any of them will come forward because they all know Chung didn’t fall off that balcony by accident.

Hatred & jealousy main contributions to crimes like this. Those 4 girls must have no conscience to lead normal lives after murdering their friend in such brutal and callous manner. Jung was so pretty and bright girl. I hope her parents get justice.

While watching this a month ago, I didn't really have any theories or evidence to prove my opinion, but watching this again today, I realise just how much is wrong with this story and the claims the girls made... for starters, through the text messages between Dageum and her friend and people's claims about Lim, we can easily understand that Lim has a very dominating and scary personality. This is because, since a girl like Dageum, who clearly was very talented and seemingly had a great and successful future ahead of her, was willing (or forced) to throw her entire life away to sneak in alcohol as a minor and, reportedly, a good child. This is oddly suspicious because I highly doubt that she would give up her entire future just to drink for fun. All of her previous descriptions in personality doesn't make it seem like she was that kind of person either. Furthermore, the girls' initial story irritated me because of how fake and suspicious it sounded. Like, girl, your claims are stupid and it doesn't justify your support in her drinking her heart out. Also, what made you think you can just check her phone without her being awake and consenting? That in itself presents Lim's personality because she seems like a narcissistic person. I think the scene in the drama is indicating that most of the people believe Dageum to not be responsible for her own death and that her name is being sabotaged by those toxic friends of hers. It makes me sick to think these girls are all living normal lives now with no criticism for what they did... everything doesn't add up in their story. Here's what I think could have happened: It's the night before the tragedy and Dageum expresses fear and discontent about sneaking alcohol onto a school trip as a minor and kid who has expectations joint to her name by everyone around her (afraid of disappointment and getting into trouble, understandably). Lim gets wind of these text messages between the friends and gets upset. Lim plots a punishment for Dageum with the rest of the group, planning to get her into trouble or torturing her. Dageum realises that Lim knows of those messages and asks to be switched to a different room, but her request is announced and denied, angering Lim more as she realises that Dageum knows she's planning to do something. It's the night of the tragedy now and the girls sit down in the room to play a game with shots for the loser of each round. The girls do everything in their power to make Dageum lose so she can drink a lot and become drunk. Perhaps, after the girls took her to the room next door to wake her up and brought her back, Lim confronted Dageum about her text messages and, in her drunken state, Dageum admitted something along the lines that she disliked Lim's behaviour towards her and that she felt trapped by her. This probably angered Lim so THEN she punched her and gave her a black eye and did something to cause cuts in her mouth. In a rage, she may have also taken her outside to the balcony. She may have held Dageum to the railings and forced her to apologise if she didn't want to be pushed off and laughed when she begged them to let her live, hence the person who heard them laughing, but eventually, maybe by accident / not realising what they were getting themselves into OR an intention to murder, Lim and the other girls pushed Dageum off and she screamed as she fell, hence the person hearing a scream and then seeing someone dead on the ground. Out of fear of getting into trouble and being the only witnesses, to avoid suspicion, the girls collectively decided the story they told them. After that, one-by-one, they left the room and pretended that Dageum fell later than she actually did. After all, the girls DID have enough time before the interrogation to come up with a mildly solid story. The truth will forever be unknown, but I believe that Lim definitely had a reason to commit murder and I think those messages and Dageum's constant resistance was the perfect trigger for it. If the girls aren't, however, guilty, which I highly doubt, I feel bad for them and wish that they can prove their innocence somehow. For now, however, I'm sticking by my theory. God give Jung Dageum peace in the afterlife and allow the world to avenge her in any way (if it's a murder, punish the perpetrators, and if it's self-inflicted, punish those who pushed her to do this). My heart goes out to her family for losing their beautiful daughter: God bless them and give them peace and closure in proving their daughter's innocence. Thank you for bringing light to this case, Grace! ❤

Sad story, very tragic and so suspicious. I watched the Glory, but not the gruesome parts they were just too much to watch. I do not believe what happened to Jung was any sort of accident, and the police really got this case wrong from the start. School bullying in S. Korea is common place and widespread, almost at a pandemic level, and all the authorities turn a blind eye to it. I feel so sorry for the parents, and I doubt they will ever get over this tragedy. You told the story very well so well done, I hope you do a lot more. :)

it's a pity truly that so many people such as jung get exploited for their kindness. it may sound harsh, but always be cautious of certain infamous people whose backgrounds have turned them to be shitty people themselves. i do not mean to ostracize people from unfortunate households and not everyone turns into a horrible person, but environments play an important part in personality development. do not choose to be friends with someone just because you pity them and rather be selective with the people you surround yourself with. 'connections' are of no use if your safety is compromised due to social connections.
