Thank you, Pastor Steven, I receive it! Thank you! okay, so I'm a preacher's daughter (don't hold that against me) and I'm 56 yrs old. I've never wanted to tithe, I felt like being a musician was 'enough'. But since I started with Elevation 3 years ago, I tithe, and the Lord has done some AMAZING things in my life these last 3 years. Did I ask? I could not have even thought to ask, or imagine, what God had in store for me. Thank you for allowing me to be a very, very small part of Elevation. I love being on the Prayer team! I love leading an eGroup! Did I even ask for any of this?! No way! 3 years ago, I thought my life was over, and there'd never be a time when I would want to get involved with a church, other than Sunday mornings. Then I found Elevation Online. okay, so at first, I thought saying 'worship experience' was kind of odd. But.... 3 years later? Every week, the worship experience is beyond amazing (and I use that word 'amazing' to include every definition and synonym!). Your sermons have been a light for me in some hard moments these last 3 years. Pastor Steven, no doubt we will never meet here on earth. But, I just want you to know-- You have blessed me and I have learned more, and grown more, in the last 3 years under your preaching. Thank you. Be Blessed, safe, and protected.

Sometimes we really really need to lean on God and learn to remember our place in him and God taught me that through this sermon. "Did I Ask?" is one of my favorite sermons of pastor Steven and I keep listening to it every now and then to keep reminding myself that God is in control of my life and I need to start asking him better questions! Hello from California!!! I love this body of Christ and am grateful to the Lord for Elevation Church & Worship. I feel GOD speaks directly to me through Pastor Steve. I found this church while in a treatment program for 3 months... I have a testimony and Pastor Steve and the worship music helped me get through one of the toughest times in my life. I'm so excited to continue worshiping now that I've been home for 8 days now. Does anybody else feel the pressure of living a question than a comment this week? This wasn't the sermon I wanted to hear to be honest. Such a long waiting season and all I really wanted was answers. But in the midst of the pain and doubt and I'm choosing to lean-in to not only listen for the Lord's questions but to also keep asking Him. This message is so powerful I feel like God really met me where I was. Just to really make sure I flip the bag this week, I'll end with 3 questions I stole from King Jehoshaphat. Are You not our God in Heaven who rules over all the Kingdoms of the nations? Did You not drive out inhabitants of this land before Your people to give to the descendants of Your friend Abraham? Heavenly Father, will You not do the same for me and get me through this season?
