To be fair the user's warranty is with Walmart, which s still valid. It just means that you can't skip Walmart and go straight to Toshiba. And Walmart may or may not be able to follow up with Toshiba; but that's a cost analysis thing on their end, not really relevant to an end user.

I saw a $1,600 one of these in the tech section. I wanted to inspect it but it wouldn't turn on for a demo (despite having a keyboard, mouse, and actually decent looking monitor connected) and there was no specs list. The left side had glass so you could look, but it was way too close to the shelf wall, almost like they wanted to deter people from looking inside until they spent $1,600 on it. Well, I managed to squish my face in there as well as my phone flashlight and get a glimpse inside of the machine. It had a GTX 1050 in it... It was a $1,600 computer.

Some you might have to lower to medium but high is fine on GTA,fortnite, and most other games. But... For 1600 thousand dollars that should be an illegal scam 😂😂😂 Maybe if they upped it to a gtx 1080 but even then I could still prolly find better parts for that price.

I love building computers and built some pretty nice rigs in the day (although the best rig so far is my own personal computer). When I was at work I was talking about a rig I made in South Korea (best place to find cheaper prices in person than online if I am being honest) and a co-worker heard. He asked me if I could build him a computer since he doesn't know or have the patience in doing so. I agreed and gave him three different computer build list (basic gaming, mid tier gaming, and future proof gaming with best parts at the time). He bought all the parts for the future proof and let me put it together. Gave him a free copy of windows since I do have access to free window activation codes. I think he spent 1800 dollars on the parts where similar price computers would be lacking in the reliable strength in multiple areas. Point is, if you don't want to build your own or pay more on Alienware, just ask a friend or see if someone you may know is willing to do it for you. I still got paid, but I didn't overcharge on the task.

@@gteco3018 that is exactly the type of shit that doesn't need to happen. Prebuilts have their place, people should not be required to pick up an additional hobby to use a computer. Yes, they typically cost a bit more (a shit ton more in this one case) than building yourself, but there is nothing wrong with buying a prebuilt system. To waste time of your customers time by having them wait days for a replacement even though it was just something trivial like a poorly installed graphics card is just ridiculous. Especially if it was walmart who put the thing together in the first place. I hope nobody buys those pieces of junk. Ive watched 2 reviews of walmart pcs and both pcs have a fuckup. DIY in any case is fun to learn if you have the interest, but fact is that most people aren't interested. We really do need more REPUTABLE PC building services out there so that less people are getting ripped off by Walmart, BestBuy, etc. There is also other factors to take into account. Location is a good example. If you live in Canada and you want to buy all your PC parts all at once and not wait around for deals to pop up, you're better off going with a prebuild from NZXT or CUK and paying the USD exchange rate, and you can even end up saving a little bit of money. I've tested this MULTIPLE times, where I've taken prebuilds from reputable dealers in the U.S and plugged the exact same components into PC Part picker, and a lot of times I'm finding the prebuilds are $50-$100 cheaper. The fact that these dealers can sell components at MSRP prices and ontop of the fact that Canada's markup prices are 10%-15% higher than the prices in the U.S, might as well go with a prebuild and pay the exchange rate.

Rkoowned idk though he made a good point on the 1 place for ALL warranty work peace of mind. I mean as builders we know things go out from time to time and it would be nice to just be able to drop it off anytime something goes bad and I don’t even have to worry about WHAT went bad which sometimes takes a while. Time is money and that is a big plus. Now would I buy one from Walmart? Never lol. But never thought of that aspect of prebuilt before. I enjoy building them myself too much to ever do it but I can see the reason why some may go that route.

Great Wall is a pretty decent company. They sell their own decent quality cars in my country at decent prices. So I assume the PSU is a decent PSU too. Decent.

@@danishazman6222 Wow somebody else who has heard of Great Wall. I don't know much about them, other then Ive seen their name pop up a couple of times in various Johnyguru reviews, as they are the OEM for a LOT of Corsair PSUs. The SF series, CX (non M, white labels. *1), CS, and TX line of PSUs. Most people have no idea who the OEM of their power supply actually is, and Im guessing wont recognize the brands unless it was Seasonic, since they are the only ones who sell their PSUs out here. (Nobody knows who Superflower or CWT, or HEC are) *1) - The CX (white label) series 450-650W has two OEMS. GW, and CWT.

I get that this video is two years old, but 3 years ago I bought my PC. It was branded from CyberpowerPC and the components (at the time) were priced at around 1700. The PC Specs: i7-8700k AIO LC (From Cyberpower) MSI GTX 1070 (blower style i believe) MSI z370 A-PRO Motherboard 600W PSU (never checked the brand of PSU) 2TB Toshiba HDD 120GB WD Green SSD not sure about the case model but it has sufficient air flow sporting 3 front case fans, two 120-140mm extra slots (one on top, the other on bottom), 2 USB 3.0 ports on top, standard audio ports front and back for speaker blah blah, 4USB 3.0 on the back as well as 2 USB 2.0. I added a monitor which made my prebuilt purchase around 2k. The monitor is an ASUS ROG VG248HQ 144hz 1080p 1ms response.

@@darius2912 if you put all the right parts in and all parts are fully compatible there should be no issue booting up.. and it should boot naturally.. though if you also have new drives you will need to put a new runner like windows on there otherwise it still won't boot naturally..
