One improvement I thought would be interesting is the remove of the rear gunner in favour of additional or more suitable to the ship's recon purpose. Alternatively the rear facing gun controls could be given to the given to the onboard astromech (with the necessary software to assist). This alternative would not only provide the pilots with additional survival resource ( medical supplies, ammo, rations etc) improving their chance of survival/ mission duration capabilities ,but would also improved the ships combat survivability ,as a droid's improved accuracy would better defend the rear of the ship.

"Without non-clone troopers serving as garrison forces and protecting the wider galaxy, the Clone Wars would have never been won by the Republic." Is it really accurate to say that the Clone Wars were won by the Republic? The Clone Wars were rigged by Palpatine who played the two sides - both of which he effectively lead - off each other. In the end, the Separatists may have been decimated, but since the Republic was subsumed into Palpatine's Empire before the dust had even settled, and Palpatine was behind the Separatists by proxy of Dooku anyway, I'm not sure I'd really consider it a Republic win! Daniel Vedberg Sekulic There peak was actually larger than 3 million. 1.2 million were available from Tipoca City in the first months of the war, with millions more coming from other facilities and at least an additional 5-6 million later on. But anyway, the Judicials were a Peacekeeping force that was largely being overtaken by the Senates growing reliance on the Jedi. The real military support would come from member states and their planetary forces (eg the Wookiees fought in several campaigns besides Kashyyyk) and larger sector fleets (perhaps such as Outlands Security)

With them starting to do more with imperial army, I think they should do more with the non-clone troopers and soldiers of the Republic of the clone wars

Yes. The Jedi. There were also lots of different types of clones as well, and for as far as I know there were also some mon calamari armies, as well as Wookiee and gungan.

Sector Defense fleets etc. Republic members had their own armies and fleets, but everything was VERY decentralized after the Ruusan Reformation.

I think they should have been a story somewhere during the Clone Wars era where planets would send their own citizens to fight alongside the clones. at the beginning when the clones were so vastly outnumbered in the separatists were making big gains, a lot of loyalist Republic planets with setup propaganda claiming clones were unreliableand the people of the Republic should take their security and freedom into their own hands. a lot of people especially from the lowest classes were inspired by this and hundreds of millions of volunteers became soldiers to serve the Republic. And the delegation of 2,000 could still make a push for peace because now saying so many civilians throwing themselves into the war they want a quick end to it so no other people especially from their own worlds would be forced into this horrible conflict.

So the republic had non clones of which without they couldnt hold their gournd and then the clones and if they didnt have them they couldnt win any battles

I wonder during the new sith wars the galaxy was so heavily devastated that most civilizations of the galaxy had forgotten most of their more advanced technologies and reverted to more primitve technology similar to what happen in the 40k universe during the Age of Strife. This meant the galaxy had to take centuries to recover and it only around the last 100 years prior to the battle of yavin did the galactic republic reach a level of technological sophistication comparable to that of the third Galactic War

There is actually a lot of evidence in canon for non-Clone soldiers on both sides of the conflict. The navies of many Republic loyal planets donated their forces to the Republic Navy at the start of the war. Local Planetary Defence Forces were often the first line of defence during a Separatist invasion as we see on Mon Cala and Kashyyyk and we know that some, such as the Wookiees, fought in multiple systems rather than exclusively on their home world. Many Imperial officers began their careers during the. Clone Wars. The Republic was also aided by paramilitary forces such as the Mandalorians of Skull Squadron, the Freedom’s Sons and the rebel forces trained by the Jedi, such as Saw and Steela Gerrera on Onderon. The Separatists also employed non-droid soldiers as insurrectionist cells (for example the Quarren Isolationists and the cell Cassian Andor served in), planetary forces (Umbara), officers from member worlds (Lux Bonteri’s dad) and the non-droid elements of the Corporate forces which included trained officers, pilots, mercenaries and privateers.

@hohuamcarthy3695 жыл бұрын
200,000 units (clones) can be interpreted differently. Like a unit could actually be 10 clones or 100 clones. That's my theory. In a galaxy of over 50 million Worlds and colonies, only a few million clones for an inter galactic civil war is ridiculous
