Vrabel is more than worthy of an in person interview. If we go with some outside hire and try a pull a diamond out of the rough again I’m not watching until I hear the Bears are looking good. This isn’t sustainable they can’t keep force feeding us garbage forever. one day if they don’t change there will be no one left that cares I promise every person that’s reading this. And I’ll be putting my money where my mouth is this upcoming season. Get it right this season or I’ll be hibernating until I hear playoffs 🤷‍♂️ I’m done

@ cry keep sucking that Bear boot rooting for a team that doesn’t care about winning. The bears are an embarrassment to competitive sports. You play to win the game. The Bears don’t do that and it’s clear. Nothing changes unless we win the powerball and the stars align and we somehow don’t mess it up (that isn’t going to happen) or we sell the team. No, to your title. Zoom interviews are the 1st Rd. In-Person interviews are the 2nd Rd. For the most part. I wouldn't be surprised if the last two got another look before deciding. This is a typical 1-2 step process in my job working on NASA programs.

Gotta take Vrabel and Johnson seriously, make sure to time interviews out intelligently and not offend either of them. We really need one of them especially if the other declines. Caroll would be my third choice so far unless we give up trade capitol for a current ELITE head coach which would be as good if not better than johnson/vrabel decision depending on the price.
