Matt Campbell is a 4-time conference Coach of the Year and the guy who recruited, coached, and schemed for Brock Purdy. That alone should get him NFL coaching offers, much like how Kliff Kingsbury was able to ride the coattails of Patrick Mahomes to land a head coaching job at Arizona.

Ben Johnson is the way to go for Head Coach, Kliff Kingsbury for Offensive Coordinator, Brian Flores for Defensive Coordinator and Hank Fraley for Offensive Line Coach. I’m not sure what other coaches need to change if any but if they make those 4 moves the team will completely change and will become much higher contenders

Coordinators currently under contract with a team cannot be hired for the same position on another team. It has to be a promotion.
