Did This "Cold Air Intake" Make Any Power On My LS2 CTS-V?

We install this pipe and analyze the results to see if we actually gained anything from it.

Started at 8.5” and it was pretty much perfect so I left it like that.

eBay or Amazon, you can find everything he listed and it can be as cheap as you want it to be since it's just a pipe, clamps(worm gear clamps will work perfectly fine), and silicone hoses.
