I'm the same , I never used to believe in conspiracies , but I've learned over recent years how police act , they act like they are the cleverest people in the world , they never believe their wrongdoing will ever be found out , at the start of the trial things didn't seem right about this case. The house being sold The dog being given up So I already started wondering what else, and every week now the evidence blatantly shows a cover up. It's frightening how obvious it is , to the point I'm surprised the judge doesn't just throw it out. More than one first responder at the scene heard Read say she hit him. After the ambulance had taken John to hospital, Read kept saying that she wanted to kill herself, which is also an admission of guilt, due to remorse. Another ambulance had to be called & she was taken to the hospital for an assessment. When she later found out that there wasn't any ring camera footage nor did the cop cam footage pick up what she Said, she did the ole switcheroo about her Admissions. Since then, she has told various versions including for a TV interview, because she can't remember her Lies. FYI - the CCTV at John's house shows that she reversed her vehicle all the way back for no other reason than to deliberately bang into the back of John's car for the purpose of trying to cover up when & where the tail light cover on her car was broken. The authentic footage shows that she pressed a button on the console which was to disable the brake assist. You should know that the model of that vehicle had a reversing camera & screen & so, a Sensor. No doubt she went over to the Albert's house at that time in the morning to see if any pieces there but it had snowed too much by then. Aww. At the very beginning, Yanetti stated on the court house steps that it was an accident & she didn't mean to hit him. Then a performing clown was paid to accuse the cops of Her dirty deed & now people like you believe that every person in town who had a pulse is a liar. I pity all who believe that serving police officers have covered up the killing of one of their own. Then there's also the many EMT present at the scene & multiple others at the hospital, all of whom you accuse of doing the same. The evidence of her driving the route back to the Albert's house is Coming Up with the trial & the medical examiner will tell you that John did Not have two black eyes, for a Start. Evil personified is Karen Read who deliberately reversed from 60 feet away at 24.2 miles per hour & her ten ton Truck slammed into the head of a serving police officer as he was bending down & she just left him there to freeze to death. It's not only plausible, it is the only rational explanation for how pieces of plastic that were observed on camera still being on Karen's car LONG after and far away from where she allegedly hit him, to have been recovered at the Fairview address. People popped by to the Albert home all day and throughout the week. The home was never even checked. They could have EASILY shoveled 18 inches of snow to check for car light pieces... they collected none for 10+ hours after finding John. How was there 0 pieces of shattered glass beside John's body where the snow had melted? I have a few ideas. You act like John was found on a mountain in Napal... he was by the road in a subdivision. It had barely snowed in weeks. And yes, I do expect them to collect evidence in sealed containers, put into sealed bags, with a chain of custody. They did NONE of what should be considered the bare minimum here. So I have a lot of questions about this police department... they also seem to drink and drive pretty casually. All of this should bother any intelligent person.

FYI - the CCTV at John's house shows that she reversed her vehicle all the way back for no other reason than to deliberately bang into the back of John's car for the purpose of trying to cover up when & where the tail light cover on her car was broken. The authentic footage shows that she pressed a button on the console which was to disable the brake assist. You should know that the model of that vehicle had a reversing camera & screen & so, a Sensor. No doubt she went over to the Albert's house at that time in the morning to see if any pieces there but it had snowed too much by then. Aww. At the very beginning, Yanetti stated on the court house steps that it was an accident & she didn't mean to hit him. Then a performing clown was paid to accuse the cops of Her dirty deed & now people like you believe that every person in town who had a pulse is a liar. This is what makes no sense to me, the first thing I'd be doing is taking a picture of the tail light. If I was Karen, I'd have taken a picture, if I was Kerri, I'd done it, if I was Jen I'd done it, and definitely if I was Proctor I'd done it. With it being towed so far, it could easily break more, so need to document what it looked like before it left her house.

Well.. Here's my theory the Alberts were tight with his sister that he says he talks to at least five times every day. Maybe his sister wanted him to help out her good friends & fellow Police officer..? That guy who rehomed the dog who clearly didn't bite John- oh wait! And the fact that Albert's phone also magically broke or went missing- right before that other cop's phone did- The 'good guy' who was flirting back and forth with Karen- the one who was caught throwing his away on the Military post.. because that's perfectly normal. 💁‍♀️ To drive your broken phone to a military post and throw it away in two different garbages. Especially when it's broken. No red flags there. 😆 I think that they seem comfortable in how they operate. It seemed like these actions aren't ... brand new or anything. You know? I don't think so. There is not much evidence against him any more than there is much (legitimate) evidence against Karen Read. Maybe there never was any evidence because he is innocent or maybe it's because the investigation was shoddy and corrupt from the start. No one examined the house, cellphones, vehicles for most people in that house. All electronic data is probably gone. The combined digital evidence might have told the real story whatever it is. I don't think there will be any justice for the victim. :(

I believe that John went in the house and a drunk, offensive Colin Albert started antagonizing John right away. He picked a fight. John probably hit him back, which is when Brian Albert stepped in like, "That's my nephew - game on!" He grabbed a dumbell & hit John in the back of the head, causing traumatic brain injury/blunt force trauma. It wasn't their intention that John not live - things just got out of hand quickly. The self-preservation urge is strong w/ the Alberts, so Brian decided it was time to call in some favors he was owed. Brian has dirt on every powerful person in a 50-mile radius because they called on him to utilize his upper-level detective perks and privileges to help them in a bind, so all he has to say to get some help from them is, "if I go down, you're going down with me." The original plan was to frame the snow plow driver. Then, Karen told Jen that she cracked her tail light backing into John's car at 5am as she left home that morning. Jen reported back, "Karen cracked her tail light! I told her she could've hit John with her car!" Brian thought that was a much better story to go with. Plus, he and his fellow law enforcement follow the code - they don't investigate one another. Canton PD took everything he told them at face value. They didn’t take 1 photo of John's body @ the scene. That's standard procedure in every other police department. So's measuring (or drawing a chalk outkine) where the body was, documenting everything, including all interviews, in reports, and 20 other basic aspects of police work that Canton PD opted out of on 1/29/22. 3 pints of John's blood were lost according to the ME, but were never located. Only a few separate, small spots of blood were around him. The rest was believed to be in Brian Albert's basement, where nobody looked. That's why he ripped the floor out & replaced it afterward. The trial has presented objective proof of misconduct & nefarious behavior on the part of the Alberts, the McCabes, and all involved law enforcement officers.

Well isn't that unfortunate, the only camera that would have recorded the tail light clearly, just happened to be broken and not recording properly, well I mean that is such a shame because it would help the prosecution if it was working , actually I'll rephrase that , its quite obvious someone tampered with it because it would clearly show proctor breaking the tail light thus helping the defence. Lots of things missing in this trial, seems people just sell houses immediately after a murder , get rid of dogs , lose phones and now its lost footage due to the camera being faulty , you can not make this up , every angle of the trial ends with the police or members of that party being untrustworthy, shady and downright corrupt , ive never seen a trial where at the end of it the jury will want to find the Albert's, McCabes , Higgins and proctor all guilty and not Karen.

Yeah, I literally want everyone BUT Karen sent to prison. They all clearly did something in this case, otherwise they wouldn't have dumped their phones, sold their home, their dog, got their stories straight. Thankfully the FBI is investigating this entire department because they all need to be fired.

The members of this jury live in Canton MA. How do you think they feel about the integrity of their police dept.? Need for changes made for sure.

They come from all over Norfolk County of which Canton is only one town in it. Norfolk County is big. The Mass State Police of which Proctor, his boss, and others are from all over, too. Changes need to be made everywhere.
