Oh ffs, the medical examiner can easily determine whether the blood behind the eyes came from the bleeding due to the blow to the back of the head as opposed to being punched in the eyes or having your nose broken. Give it up AJ. I’ve given a DB raccoon eyes. Sounds like none of these pansy lawyers has ever been in a fight.

TO TRY AND PROVE YOU DID NOT RUN HIM DOWN. SHE HAD TRIED TO PRETEND SHE LAST SAW HIM AT THE WATERFALL-BECAUSE SHE WAS SEEKING TO PUT DISTANCE BETWEEN HERSELF AND THE CRIME SCENE. SHE ONLY CHANGED HER STORY WHEN SHE REALISED HER VEHICLE HAD BEEN OBSERVED OUTSIDE ON THE STREET AT 34 FAIRVIEW AT 12.20 AND THINK SHE STARTED ASKING "DID I HIT HIM? COULD I HAVE HIT HIM? DID I HIT HIM?"TO KERRI ROBERTS AND JEN MC CABE.

That last vm was, "John, where the f**k are you?" Because by 5 AM, her anger has turned into genuine concern and panic. To me, this is the smoking gun of innocence. No way would she have mowed him down then made all those hate calls. No. Way. These calls were not fake either. Those feelings were real. Not guilty.
@MrsGypsumFantastic

I think she could have either not realised she hit him or not realised she’d really hurt him, so her early voicemails are still angry and in the heat of the moment. By 5am she’s realised she could have hurt him and that’s when she becomes more upset. Hitting him could easily fit the pattern of the voicemails, impulsive, drunken anger becomes fearful regret.

@@MrsGypsumFantastic so KR was at John’s house by 12:36 am. There’s people who arrived at the Albert’s house after that (proven by text messages) are you saying no one saw JO on the ground? What about those who were leaving? They didn’t see John on the lawn? How can there be no blood under him with the kind of injuries on his arm? Why did the Alberts rip their carpet in the basement? Why didn’t the guy plowing snow see him? The theory of KR hitting him just doesn’t make sense. You’ll have to be gullible to go with that

Let me just say this just because a woman or a man leaves a voicemail saying that they hate that person does not mean they want to kill that person or want that person dead. Y’all are reaching way too far on what she said. I personally would have said way more than what she said, my so-called boyfriend was out, boozing it up with others while I was at home taking care of his responsibilities . He should’ve been at home at a decent time for his niece. I understand that his nephew was overnight somewhere else, but at the end of the day, Jon should have had his ass at home being a responsible parent instead of out, boozing it up while his girlfriend went back to his house.

@AnnMcHale - No this comment is correct. They said it happened around 12:45am. That's the time given in opening statements & Jen McCabe said she saw Karen's car still at the house at 12:42am. According to Karen's cell phone data, the prosecution witnesses said Karen's phone automatically connected to John's Wifi at 12:36am. She was already at John's when they claimed this happened & when the witnesses claimed they saw her car parked in front of the house. She made a call at 12:37am when she got to John's too. Someone's data and/or timeline is wrong.

Opening statements are not evidence and the last time I checked, 1232 is around 1245. The evidence is she hit him at 1231/1232 then drove to his house. The only witness to say she saw the car said she couldn’t be certain if the car was still there at 1245 when she sent the last text. She was sure she saw the car the first 2 times.

If Karen is so innocent then why did she google “DUI attorney’s”? Surely if the last time you saw your bf walking up the driveway to a house party you would be going to the police demanding an investigation as you had nothing to do with it! She didn’t & instead spent the next several hours covering her tracks. She rang her father 2 times & her mother 2 times at 1am & 4am (what 42 yr old woman would do that , if she had simply dropped bf off at party less than 1 hr earlier) she deleted ring footage (the children, sleeping in their beds certainly didn’t do that) she told Kerry Roberts “John’s not home. I think he’s dead. I think a plow hit him”. 4 separate paramedics at the scene (who have no skin in the game) heard her say “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him”. She put her foot down on her accelerator & held it down for 7 full seconds in reverse after dropping JO off & had been given directions to go past JO’s ex-gf’s house. (KR herself said they had been arguing in the Waterfall parking lot). Proven in court by experts that JO didn’t enter the house (the “steps taken” were recorded during his car ride to 34 Fairview) & within 8 minutes of them arriving at the house all activity from John went dead. Ppl who still think KR is innocent are living in cloud cuckoo land.

Proctor called her and then she searched for a DUI attorney. I’m glad you’re not a lawyer or have any sort of pull in the legal field because your analysis is garbage. Nobody should be deemed guilty for hiring a lawyer. If she knew she was guilty why wouldn’t she look up “criminal defense attorney” or “murder attorney” ..? You’re ridiculous.

On the voicemails Karen says “nobody knows where you are” - how does she know this, had she contacted anyone at this stage? I think she could have well hit him, but there’s not enough information to say whether this was accidental or on purpose. It may have been something she did on impulse in anger, but didn’t think she done any real damage to him. The voicemails start angry, but the 5:23 message sounded like “John where the F are you?” And she sounded more upset than angry, this could be the point when she realised she could have really hurt him.

Yea, worried that he might still be alive to tell what really happened. She kept calling not only to make it look like she was worried, but in hope he would answer. He was barely alive when he was found. FOUND BY KAREN, RIGHT WHERE SHE LEFT HIM. Even covered up with snow and the weather so bad, no one (except Karen) could see anything. That's interesting. WHY didn't she have Jen call her brother-in-law to see if John was passed out on the couch? She was at Johns', suddenly woke up and immediately knew "something had happened". Interesting choice of words. Why not "I had a bad feeling"? Because something DID happen. She hit John and left him there.
