Looking the nuts mate. I definitely wouldn't put them before you got to America. Something always happens on a new pond build. It always does. Glas you've gone moving bed tallied with the ceramic. Both house different types of bacteria 👌

Cheers mate had no issues for 18 months without any plastic. Water has been great but once I seen what Ricky was going in his grow on ponds, I thought.. why is half my bio chamber empty 🤣🤣

Not sure if this helps but used that air hose for biochamber. Turns out the bubbles are too fine to move the k1. Once your plastic is matured it will boil more easily. Mine took about 10 days to boil properly. I didnt waste the air hose. Fine bubbles are great in my pond. Put a stainless steel bar in to make sinking air curtain. Check out Daves pond chanel. He made one.

I have bought the stainless steel rod in prep for the bio chamber. So the fine bubbles done work??? Thanks for the heads up I will use 16mm irrigation hose and drill holes in it I think. Cheers 👍🏻

The 12" diffuser will do it once matured looking at how much its moving already. Nice build. Gone up fast. Looking forward to next one. I missed auction. I was going to bid on that, glad you got it though the build diserves it.

We will be back filling around the pond. Along the front of the pond there is a soak away that leads the the drain..
