Lying in bed together for example. like Anakin and padme did in ep 3. if they had sex or not is up to the viewer. The only time sex has been mention that i know of is in the second aftermath book. Sex just isin't mentioned in star wars.

Another easter egg you missed: When the Emperor is looking through the portal in "A World Between Worlds", you see him standing near a pedestal that holds a blue flame. The same pedestal with blue flames was used in Season 6 of the Clone Wars animated series, when Yoda went to Moraband, and the Emperor tried to corrupt his mind through his connection with Count Dooku.

It kinda depends, Season 3+ for TCW had a really good and detailed art style, but some things in Rebels are better. the emperor's design is better here, but the Temple Guard design is waaay better in the Clone wars. Overwall it's just personal preference.

Well I think I would disagree with you on the point where the voices distracting, because it doesn’t bother me. Also from a business standpoint it is a whole heck of a lot cheaper than paying an outside actor to come in and do voiceover work for one scene. Especially if you want to try to include famous celebrities. Although Lucasfilm is under Disney, The animation division has a significantly smaller budget then the movies do. So it just sort of makes sense to hire from within instead of trying to go to a third-party. Also you have a scheduling issue. Sent you have a smaller budget you would have to work around the celebrity schedule and often times that can mess up deadlines. So they did the best they could with what they had.

if you think about the episode Jedi Night, explains why krennic was immediately removed from command of the Death Star in Rogue one, he kept failing to get the Death Star laser operation, because he kept losing multiple massive kyber crystals witch explain why they were starting to consider just scrapping the Death Star and putting more resources into the tie Defender project, but thanks to Kanan's actions he effectively remove the option make it possible for the Death Star to be completed

Alex is a nerd, and he can read the arabesh alphabet as readily as English, as far as it's been stated by like, almost every SW channel that works with him. Several other channels send screen captures they get with arabesh to him for translation, and unless they're at a bad angle or really distorted, he just does it right as he gets them. It is just a matter of memorising the alphabet, much like we do with the Latin based alphabet when we're kids.

Most of the stuff I was able to get, but I had no idea that Chopper was Voiced by Dave. Definitely an interesting pattern of audio efects that he used for that. After the finale, I can't help but wonder what happens to these characters during the events of the sequel trilogy, if they lived to said events. I imagine Rex would have long passed before TFA & that's all I can really think of.
