Did you know you can listen to immersive audio in headphones?

I see a lot of "different" (not sure how else to put this) types of headphones, and comparing them to sometjing a a full room showed, I'm really questioning how far you COULD go with headphones

What exactly is immersive audio? I assume t has something to do with surround sound but im not completely sure.

In the most general sense, it’s any audio technique that makes the listener feel more immersed in the content.

There’s depth in mono, width in stereo. Depth from reverb and delay. All sorts of immersive techniques before surround.
