Barry caused rebirth, it’s possible this is Arkham verse but an alternate timeline, based on penguins look and Bruce seemingly being younger, we won’t know until it comes out but it’s hinted at based on the changes of character designs, it’s also hinted at in comics that flash never really changed time he just travelled to an alternate universe and rebirth is actually just another universe of it’s own, they really should make it canon and have flash go back to before he caused rebirth to set things straight, atleast have him return to his original universe and continue both universes by bringing back the old ones

The previous Deadshot was confirmed to be an imposter (he's dead the new Deadshot killed him) and Batman never died it was confirmed by the creative director on reddit and it was also eluded to in the Catwoman and Robin dlc for arkham knight with references to a "ghost batman"
