Due to this episode being an introduction to the series it explains things that will not come up in future episodes and overkill itself has a lot to it. So for anyone worrying about duration the rest of the series should be mostly well under 5mins with exceptions for complicated tools/concepts of course.

when you export dwg from revit, you'll get a load of overlaping lines. where 2 revit objects come side by side. Overkill is the best command to remove them. Wish I had learnt this earlier.

can you filter points on line... or point on ends of line ?

+jovan pop I am not entirely sure what you are asking but I'll try to answer, but if I am off the ball try and clarify your situation. What will be 'overkilled' is based on what you select, so if you don't want it to effect something, then think about your approach to selecting. Other filters to exclude something from the process are in the section labeled 'Ignore Object Property' - In this section any setting ticked that is not shared by the overlapping or duplicate lines will be ignored, i.e. if the layer of the two lines differs and you have ticked layer. CAD will not merge and tidy the lines.
