Doctor, I read your blog on 'acne purging' . It was highly informative. Can you kindly make a video on this question - I want to understand if Benzoyl Peroxide is effective primarily as post acne treatment or helps in acne prevention as well. Are azelaic acid/tretionin/BHA ( which increases cell turover) better for prophylaxis than benzoyl Peroxide. How dose these topicals compare to each other in terms of efficacy in prevention of acne ( rather than treatment)
