Smokey is not that hard the first time iff you know how to use the plane. The flames don't stall you too much and its easy to navigate. The second time he can be a menace though. The flames are almost everywhere and are stronger (they stall you for longer). In both cases, if you rack up blue balloons the race is in the bag.
