I think steering away from European influence in Wind Waker really contributed to making something that really stood out visually, but also acoustically. Dragon roost Island theme is still one of my favourite pieces of video game music of all time.

Happy Home Designer was a fun game, but I do think that they should have added a budget. Yes that would have limited creativity, but it would have given the game more challenge, making it less repetitive.

Why would it be highly unlikely that a music writer for a video game that specializes in guitar wouldn’t have a complicated device that would record guitar input as midi? How do you know that these songs are midi in the first place? How is it so hard to translate guitar playing into midi when millions of Japanese people write insane midi tracks

Was I the only one who thought Super Smash Bros Melee was a launch title for the Nintendo Gamecube for most of my life? I couldn't disagree more, I found their portion a lot more enjoyable than many others DYKG has had... Even in this same video. Audio quality is a huge factor, and they were very natural in reading the lines. They seemed interested in the facts, and in sharing them. 😊

If you have the pc/steam port of either sa1 (sadx) or sa2 (sa2b) you can mod them and restore/add the missing stuff and dlc I have both..on sadx i added back the holiday/christmas dlc and on sa2b i add back the dlc chao

As dumb as to sounds they're not wrong, the original they gave them Mexican accents with Spain Spanish because they didn't know the difference. The remake actually changed it to be Spain Spanish accent and words that way it's not insulting to people or confusing.

I love these videos to death, but it gets me to no end that they have people who will translate Japanese articles for them, but not teach them how to pronounce important names or titles.
