I have a Kodiak Orange, but am thinking of doing a small hedge with one each of Fresh, Orange, Red, Black, and NightGlow.

Depends upon the effect you are seeking.... Each of these are going to present some variation in characteristics, so it is probably going to be more of informal planting rather than a hedge as we know it. Usually hedges have consistent heights and widths and are clipped or trimmed to maintain this effect, so if you are looking to create a "hedge" effect you would probably be better to restrict it to one type so that they grow at similar rates and shapes. 😉👍💚
