Diet apple dessert without flour, without eggs! Healthy recipe for my family ❤
INGREDIENTS:
✔️Soy flour - 25 g.
✔️Milk powder - 25 g (can be replaced with oat flakes)
✔️Oat bran - 4 tablespoons
✔️Cottage cheese or yoghurt - 2 tablespoons (heaped)
✔️Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons.
✔️Butter - 1 teaspoon.
✔️Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon.
✔️Stevia (sugar substitute) - according to taste and preference.
✔️Apple - 3 pcs.
✔️Water - 200 ml.
✔️Agar-agar - 1.5 teaspoons.
✔️If the sweetness is not enough, you can use stevia, coconut blossom sugar, honey or any syrup, such as Jerusalem artichoke syrup, depending on your taste and choice.
Total per 100 grams:
Calorie content - 107.3 kcal.
Protein - 3.2g.
Fat - 5.7 g.
Carbohydrates - 10.7 g.
