Glad someone analyzed both sides of this issue. I saw some of Gundry's stuff and thought to myself that the issue isn't particularly the lectins but other issues allowing for their permeability. Thousands of years of eating these foods and all of a sudden is now an issue. Makes it seem as if other issues are making lectins an issue in the present day.

Having had chemo, these foods no matter how they are prepared bother me. I get gout symptoms after eating them. Chemo was 2009, and it’s still an issue, so are night shade foods with oxcillates. I tend to follow Otto Warburg’s diet for cancer diet.

Humans have developed "hypersensitivity" to certain foods because we are so toxic and damaged. Historically we have not had issues with these foods like we do today.

If you eat a grass feed natural cheese with foods that have lectins in them the calcium & K2 will attach to them & get them out of the intestines & body.

Large populations eat rice, beans, and potatoes as their staple, and they are far healthier than we are in the US and Europe. So, I am not buying this anti lectin craze.

I totally agree. I believe that the issue is not the lectins, but all the other chemicals that come with our food, like pesticides, herbicides, gmo, etc that are the primary cause of any issues!

How you process them is a HUGE difference Pressure cooking is the best

@@ragheadand420roll pressure cooking is fine but probably not necessary as the foreign countries just boil them and get massive benefits as is obvious.
