Right on, Becca!!! I lost all of my excess weight 40 lb from March 2020 to December 2020. I was proud of myself felt super weird to have lost my weight for the first time in my life at the age of 57. Next thing you know, I was breaking some of my lines and I gained all of my weight back over a period of 9 months. I was miserable about that of course. The the statistics are true. It is 1/10 of 1% that lose all their weight and maintain it off. So, February 2023, I finally hoisted myself back onto my bright line eating, and have again accomplished my goals of losing all of my excess weight. I am totally with you. Find a program that works, something we can personally sustain after meeting your goals, and plan for success! Everything we stick to leaves a mark. I'm very proud of you. No expectations no judgments just good lines. One of my biggest takeaways, is the intermittent reinforcement is definitely sabotage for me! I am a full-on food addict. I must keep myself food sober in order to have mental physical and spiritual peace with myself which is my priority! Much love and many blessings Becca!!!

I’m a total food addict too. I can never eat one biscuit out of a package I will eat the entire pack and then every other packet I bought. I go on like a feeding frenzy! You have done amazing at reaching and sticking to your goals. Thank you for your encouragement as I journey, it means so much.😘❤️
