What’s your take on the clear protein powders? I’m tempted as someone who hates the thick texture of standard protein shakes, but I’m not finding any NSF certified ones

I really need to look more into these . I looked into them previously as a clinical dietitian and didn’t see an issue with them. I thought they were great when people were on clear liquid diets in the hospital…. But I need to check efficacy for brands that aren’t the clinical stuff

Just like many foods, it can help. You want to make sure you are fueling your body properly. I would make this a snack not a meal. Great way to incorporate protein!

If I mention every ingredient and the safety of them every video the videos would be too long. This shake is totally fine , NaCl is also a chemical and it’s just salt. These videos are to help take away fear from food sharing evidence based literature vs scaring people for views💙
