Diff Drop Installation // Navara D22

Hey Everyone!
Thank you for your patience as I prepped this video for release. Not overly happy with the way it turned out but "it is what it is".
So I purchased this kit from Online Auto Parts under the brand name "COZZA" and was surprised that it was actually a Roadsafe kit. I got it for a steal at $380 on sale but they retail for $450 from what I can see online.

Greetings from Sweden! I just recently fixed my cracked pistons while the engine was in the car, so I had to drop the front diff and CV's etc. I had the time to get a little familiar with how everything is bolted on under there. This almost looks like a doable DIY job on that front supporting frame with a grinder and a welder. Maybe for the rear diff mounts too. Thanks for the video. Very informative and easy to follow.

Did mine today i found removing front and rear crossmembers then lowering diff on a jack made the 3 diff bolts alot easier to get to

Hey mate! Thanks for watching! I installed it as a preventative measure after the 3rd inch in the front. Touch wood, but I'm yet to have CV problems 😁

I have a vehicle model like this. It's been 5 years left because the engine can start but can't live until the battery is damaged. good injector nozzle. fuel pump is also good. why can't the engine run? From Borneo.

Hey mate ive got a d22 zd30, oil light stays on longer then normal when car is turned on but will turns off after 5 seconds or so, can u help me with my problem??

Sounds normal to me. Takes couple seconds to build some pressure if I'm right

Hey mate. It lowers the diff to reduce damage on your CVs as you drive. With 3" lift in the front it leaves them on quite an angle so risks damage and breakage.

If you wish to lift suspension higher then 2 inches its so your cvs front steering components etc are sitting at a good level but you still have your higher suspension lift and your diff stays at the same lower height. Hope that makes sense
