It would be great to know exactly what the ingredients are that they use as they are preparing the food. It all looks so great, but I know they use different foods than other cultures or sometimes the same. It would be really informative to include info as the cook. Thank you for your videos

A SUGGESTION: Please show main ingredients (you can add them in when you are editing video) also put in text (when editing) if the food being shown is Sweet, Spicey, Salty, etc that would give the viewer more sense of what the food would taste like. Thank you 🙏

it's Fios de ovos. Portuguese sweet in thailand we call foi thong. it made from egg yolk and sugar

Ani Johnson The green stuff calls Foi Thong, An ancient Thai dessert, Made from yolk and sugar. 3.40 is also Foi Thong too.☺️

It's not marshmallow. It's whipped egg white and sugar. By the way , in this video is not traditional recipe. This one put many too many unnecessary filling and topping.
