Different exhaust systems can have an ENORMOUS impact on your motorcycle's performance!

Not only will different exhaust systems produce different peak horsepower and torque numbers to some degree, but WHERE those peak numbers occur in the RPM range, AND what the curves look like around/ between those peaks, can be WILDLY different from one system to another!
These dramatic changes in power curves also necessitate equally dramatic changes in tuning for each system. Be sure to ALWAYS have your bike retuned if you're changing exhaust systems!

I have found just running the stock headers with crossover and a good set of slip ons works best for my 114 and 117 LRS... with a good cam the torque curve is beautiful and no dips

I keep my Dyno sheet from you guys on my wall - NEVER going to forget the malfunctioning fuel pump and it's sad run line 😅 After fixing the pump those lines really changed 😁

How much does header length play into it? Is a longer header always better on Harley's?

So... 1. Baffles, when designed appropriately, can give better gains? 2. Longer exhaust systems are better? 3. Can modifying the exhaust give reasonable gains even without tuning?

Waiting for funds going to change out my exhaust then send in my pos ECU that BT Moto tuned What’s a good head pipe for a 22 zx10r do I leave that header stock or aftermarket one. For the link pipe and exhaust I’m thinking of going with Race Fit growler X 150m Thoughts?

The best ZX10R systems, are either the Graves or M4's. Race Fits are Obnoxious, and usually quite down on power/tq vs the longer mufflers.
