Wish I saw this years ago. I attempted to rebuild mine a long time ago and also bought an OBX limited slip dif. Don’t do that, don’t buy an OBX dif. Mine came with stripped bolts all over and a warped casing!

Diffs are a pain rebuild anyways, i couldn't imagine having to chase an issue with a warped case

@@hcr-motorworks yeah I ended up having to take it to a shop to diagnose the problem. Spent about the same $ fixing it as the cost of a brand new quaife LSD. Should have just spent more on a quaife to begin with!

Can you pull those half shaft flanges @1:03 without taking off the diff cover? Or do you need to take off those caps inside first?

You can slide them out without taking the cover off
