Nice video. I have a 2008 fusion V6 3.0 and I have four questions. 1. Is it better to install the pully with the belt already on or is it better to jump the belt on after installing the pully? 2. Did you cut off the original belt, because it was missing when you removed the pully. 3) Was hard to reinstall the hoses? 4) Is it better to install the hoses prior to reinstalling the pully?

I did cut off the old belt. Install the belt as I have shown in the video. Hoses were not difficult, best advice is just trial and error, u will get it right once you try. Good luck.
