My mate was into swinging for 17 years before we met. I have never participated, we have been together for decades now...both monogamous. He tells me many swingers he knew were in sensitive professions school superintendents, politicians, community leaders,professors so they played only far from where they lived....often out of state. He also agrees that two couples swinging rarely was fun for all four...that is apparently a popular myth. One or two of the four have less fun invariably, his solution was the swinging clubs. There was one in DC but his favotite was in rural Pa. of all places! People drove there from nearby states it took hours to drive there. They would go to a motel to check in first, arrive at the club around 10 or 11 pm and stay about five hours then go to the motel to sleep! They each would have sex an average of five to seven times withnvariousmpartner often favorite repeats. Sounds exhausting to me, but he says they enjoyed it...Im so picky that finding 6 guys in my long lifetime was a challenge..two of them marriages and then this decades long relationship makes half of the six...it boggles my mind thatbhe bedded over 200.women but I have heard about this all our relationship. He did it in his 20s and up to age 37 and was done. His curiosity and variability had been satiated. I am certainly grateful he had these experiences though. It made him a terrific lover and he has deep respect for women as a result. Unlike the guys on other sites who criticize women who "sleep around", my mate has NEVER said one disrespectful word about any woman ever. And he has zero prejudice for women who swing so if he is an example, then there is no double standard in swinging ...I wonder if that is true of all men who swing? Based on my experience I would highly recommend a male swinger he is SUCH a gentleman in bed and out. I have never known a finer human being. Sex without love damages the human soul. Love isn't a game, they use the word "play" a lot. Sex was designed to unify two people in a committed relationship. "Swinging" used people for your own gratification . Love is selfless, it denies immediate gratification for the peace and wellbeing of the other.

I told my wife about my fantasy of mff. Her, being experienced suggested a couple. Any suggestions on preparing myself mentally? I don’t want to be greedy in I want her to have her fantasies too. I’m super nervous about being jealous and such.

While I appreciate your desire to please your wife, you need to make sure you acknowledge the feelings you are experiencing. One way to see how you might deal with "jealousy and such" is to role play the fantasy. When the two of you are alone you can pretend you are the other man. She can call you by another name when you are intimate. This will give you an opportunity to see how you feel. What fears surface, do you feel anxious or excited? Is the thought of your partner with someone else turning you on or bringing up uneasy feelings? This first step can be a wonderful way to gauge where you are in the process of opening up the relationship. Be honest. Be transparent, and work together to walk your way through any fears. You've got thins!
