The real-life unicorn is actually the rhinoceros! It was something like a game of telephone where descriptions of the animal somehow became mixed up enough to refer to a horse with a long horn on its head.

And also, by cider, do you mean something like club soda or seltzer soda? In English speaking countries, cider normally refers to an apple based drink with spices in it. It can be served hot or cold, and there's alcoholic and regular varieties. In the UK specifically "cider" is exclusively alcoholic.

The buterfly pea syrup was a bust. Butterfly pea tea is a deep blue color, changes to purple/pink if you add acid. So it looks like they added acid to it beforehand, since it was purple when you poured it already. I'm not sure if it will do anything, since i only tried it with cabbage, but if you add baking soda to it, it TECHNICALLY should turn blue. Looks like the soda water was too acidic.

If you check I believe the 1908 edition of Encyclopedia Britannica and the 1910 Webster's Unabridged dictionary and look up Rhinoceros one of the terms describing it using I think the Latin or the Greek naming system is Unicornis for the one horned genus of Rhino, and Bicornis for the 2 horned genus of Rhino. So Unicorns are real, it's just fantasy authors changed the meaning from a 1 horned rhinoceros to a horned horse. I think the texture of that milk pudding would make me sick. I have issues with the texture of tofu at times, unless it is fried or baked. I also have issues with the texture of certain canned peaches. Japan and the whole world have so much unique food, unfortunately I have problems with eating some of it. 😭 Do they have a pineapple jelly pouch? Looks like a baby chick. And try your fries with some spicy mustard and mayonnaise mixed together sometime. When my friends daughter introduced me to it, at first I thought it would taste weird, but it actually has a nice zing to it.

I've been eating it since I was little, so I'm used to the texture and I can't understand how you feel, but it's certainly a strange texture when you think about it🥹💦 The same manufacturer doesn't sell pineapple jelly!! But there are probably similar products🍍 I've never tried the sauce made by mixing mustard and mayonnaise, but it looks delicious!! 🤤 I'll try it next time✨
@greylocke1002 ай бұрын
@@DigDigJAPAN I think you will really enjoy the mustard mayo sauce. I've found spicy mustard, like the spicy dijon mustard has the best zing with a little bit of tangy flavor. And when you mix it, it's usually mixed about 2/3rd mayo to 1/3rd mustard, although depending on the mustard, I've done as much as half and half.
