Gotta say, this was filmed before any restrictions for social distancing came out. But I hope it brings some distraction from all the hecticness. Thinking of you all. And remember, this too shall pass. I just wish you well, I wish you health, I wish you happiness. We’re all in this together, even oceans apart. Keep safe my friends. 🙏

When I watched the first video I saw of yours, I laughed out loud when you would verbalize your amazement of the rocks because it was so similar to my own reactions! After all, once a rock hound, always a rock hound! Besides sharing your innocent childlike wonder of the beauty of the natural world, your purity and goodness of spirit is so much appreciated in these days and times in which we are living. Keep on keeping on and peace from far, far away!

Hell yeah, you know it’s going to be a good day when the “dump” pile is full of crystals! It’s crazy when you realize those little beauties have been sitting in that clay and mud and stone for millions (billions?!) of years waiting for you to expose them to the light for the first time. Glad to see you are all doing well and staying healthy. Stay well, and happy hunting!

Reginald Wigglebottom Oh I know right, Pauly and I played in the tailings pile for ages, Benny jumped straight in the hole. I couldn’t believe what was just laying on the surface. I’m pretty sure this flow of Rhyolite that the crystals were in dates back 200 million years ago! 200,000,000 years!? 😳 just crazy isn’t it. Pretty lucky to be the first person to see one after so long hey. I hope you’re doing well also Reginald. Keep safe out there my friend.

"gotta get a wiggle on" is a new one to me. I like it. I'd start using it myself, but I think I'd get some weird looks. "Hey class, the hour's almost over and some of you aren't done with your test yet. GET A WIGGLE ON!" Did I do that right? Oh, nice crystals. I'd need to bring my glasses to hunt those little guys.

@@allysonhean4204 Thanks for the clarification. I'm sure we have our sayings here that would make Aussies scratch their heads. Do you know "high tail it"? As in, "I'm late, I better high tail it home!" I believe it comes from the fact that a white-tailed deer lifts it's tail to show the white underside when it runs away from danger. I'm pretty sure kangaroos don't lift their tails when they run.

Ah brother, thanks for sharing another adventure!!! Am super grateful for any new content folks are posting right now and even though my free-time is exceptionally limited currently, am trying to catch up with everyone's new stuff whenever I get a few moments free!👍 Been working long hours the last 3 weeks - 74, 78, 72 to get everyone connected and working remotely from home at all our customers sites. Anyway, enough about the crud.... What a fun day of digging crystals buried in an eroding wall of clay for you gentlemen to share and enjoy, kinda reminds me of the crystal collectors claim except the formations are just a wee bit different eh? haha 🤦‍♂️ Most of the terminated quartz crystals i've been fortunate enough to stumble upon during my meanderings were formed in geodes with a little bit forming along seams, loose crystals just seems really very cool and they appeared to have very nice clarity and terminations! Another super day out for you Mr. B and Pauly to share with the rest of the world! Hope you are all well and staying sane, Best from the PNW my friend~
