Hi, rocks the stubby brown bottle is a malt extract they were popular with the temperance movement in the 1900s to 20s.

Someone else did mention it, but WF & S stands for William Franzen & Son, a glass maker from Milwaukee. They closed before the end of the 20s. I'd imagine those shorter beer-looking bottles are malt extract bottles or perhaps some kind of beer.
