That's a great idea by Terry to incentivise the drivers. We've been doing it company wide for the last 18 months and it has proved very beneficial money wise and also getting all staff more involved in the growth of the business. We've also stopped paying out for advertising on billboards and the media, just by having the business QR Code on our delivery vehicles has brought in more revenue from new clients than adverts ever did.

I admire a few people, my dad because he's the most perfect human being on this planet. My son because he does his best, never gives up and will always find a solution. Then there is sir Richard Branson, who started with one shop and saw a gap he felt only he could fill. So to come right up to date, Daniel Louisy is another Richard Branson. He found a gap in the market he felt was right for him and then just went for it. Ok so it wasn't that simple. But for sure I admire Daniel, not just for starting a business but also for all the other things he has done/is doing. So yeah, well done that man, keep it up.

@2:49 good idea but I think the drivers may expect too much. What I used to do was have the drivers hand the paperwork over on the job site and it placed in an envelope that had all the info on it of everything else we do as well. That way the drivers not spending 5 mins on every job site pitching our other products and services. It was all on the envelope

The 926 360 was clearly damaged by the operator digging under or near the track and caught it on the edge of the bucket.. track idlers don't snap and throw the track off....tracks get caught, snap the track chain and then the idler assembly can then be ejected out.. Operator abuse....
