It is now time to update the structure of this 1890s home! From rotting timbers to rusted cladding, this is a well-needed addition to the property!

Awesome work 👍 make sure if your pulling up floor check around the base of walls for coins which may have been swept in years ago , have found plenty doing that lol

Congratulations on hitting the big twenty. That 150mm fall on the floor would have been a bit off putting. I'm glad to see you have Theo in harness apart from being a good bloke he can turn his hand to most things. Keep up the good work.

Looking great Jacob! I have ancestors that lived in that area I think there is an old cemetery along the river somewhere? Lots of the headstones are buried from silt building up over the years?

Thanks! Yes that’s the area, haven’t visited the cemetery yet, that part of the road is closed at the moment.

Yes they were replaced ~10 years ago by the looks of it. It seems it was built at that angle
