Just another day at the beach... My last beach trip was mostly bottle caps (like a couple dozen) and that beach is only about 100 yards long. Was interested to see a day-after-the-storm hunt and I was surprised there wasn't more sand movement. Like you said, "You would not even know we had a storm..." Thanks for tidying up, and finding a couple cool things. Cheers!

That's a modern machine struck good luck charm in the style of (pre-1912) Chinese imperial (cast - mold poured) coinage. Bigger than the usual quarter sized ones, it can be found for a few dollars. What a great detecting find!
