I was the writer of the 'Dwarfs go Diggy' comment in the Song of the Caverns video. I didn't intend to prophesise anything and am scared now.

I've been listening to all the Tolkien songs. I've been playing and replaying The Song Of Beren And Luthien trying to memorize it. AND NOBODY TOLD ME THAT THEY ALSO DID DIGGY HOLE???

My friends, today is a day which will be marked in history. The most dwarven music of all has gained it's most perfect version. I literally screamed "Yeeeaaah" when I saw the notification

"I am the Elf and I'm filling in the hole!" He's just standing their with a beach pail and a tiny shovel tossing in a tiny scoopful at a time. I can't breathe I'm laughing so hard. Way to spend the next 2,000 years, friend elf lmao

This song is legendary because it carries the same energy and feel that "Uncle Sam" or "Yankee Doodle" did. You just know "Diggy Hole" was a taunt made by the knife-ears to make the dwarves sound like childish little mole men, and the Dwarves took it and ran with it. Also Celebrimbor and Narvi definitely sing this together.

I have literally toyed with the idea of LotR/Hobbit fanfiction that might have a group of Dwarves and Celebrimbor singing this loud and proud.

Clamavi De Profundis, after making some of my favorite Fantasy music pieces, has made his own turn on the Dwarf Hymn. unique style with Illuminations as illustration for his singing, choruses, and heroic choirs, with a funny spin at the end. i have nothing to say but: Come my Brothers, sing with me!

why am i blessed with such good music today goddamnit. All my favorite music creators for some reason think it’s „funny“ to just upload absolute bangers on april fools day as if that would make anyone laugh. No no instead you made me cry by how beautiful this is. Shame on you. This is no joke.
