I have been grinding all green decks since bt-13 and leopardmon is honestly the most fun i've had (until leviamon-x came out and checked it): These are plays that i think were worth discussing/missing while watching this match. 3:00 red hyrbid attacks: leopardmon player didn't draw one for the rabbits all turns effect. 5:18 doesn't use leo effect before x antibody. (not sure if target in hand for assumption we mention) 5:18 green evo into leo-X activates effect to play and leo player doesn't bounce burninggreymon 5:20 rusttyrannomon attacks over lvl 3 flamemon and doesn't do piercing from inherritable 5:20 leopard could have won with alliance and 1 other attack 6:30 red hybrid pops the leopardmon X instead of the rust keeping turn from overflow. (yes a doomed position anyway but still technically worse if your trying to dig your way out) 12:04 red hybrid pops over 6k with no tamer in sources (even with the chet i think leo-x is correct or leo will bounce emperor with 1/T effect in this situation) 13:08 instead of swinging at sec deva should swing at flamemon (#1 safe swing to get evo off. #2 you are trashing same sec with rusttyrano eff #3 if you hit evo off tamer eff you have piercing so you are actually doing more damage so play lotto baby) entire game 2: red hybrid opens crimson blaze and decides to not play it when it would stop them from using 90% of the decks effects for an entire turn. Let alone drawing a second crimson blaze and playing neither. The red hybrid player seems shook in game two and psyched himself out. He did have plays, but in the end decision making is so volatile that it would be hard to decipher the 100% correct play. I do think he should have hard dropped crimson blaze after seeing opponent drop deva into deva just incase there was a leopardmon play. On top of that I don't believe deva can attempt to play cards in raising area if crimson blaze is active as crimson blaze targets the player which adds even more value to the card in the matchup. But I do enjoy both decks and appreciate the content! Thank you

As EX5 rulings indicate, you are correct, cards that prevent digimon from being played by effect (Deva) do prevent you from playing them into the breeding area, however, they don't prevent Leopardmon's effect, since Leopardmon effect reduces the play cost from hand instead of playing it directly, at least that's my interpretation of what's going on

@@StellaEFZ it believe it would stop leopardmon because leopardmon's effect says you may play a card from hand and if you do reduce the cost by 4. It's not reducing the cost of the next digi you play, it plays the card.

I'm really hoping we get a decent aldamon for bt17. Cause the lack of 5's hurt. As for counter timing. You are correct. Attack declaration-> when attacking effects->opponents effects (if any) -> counter

@@Risu_ If it at least had an inheritable. it wouldn't be too bad, but it pretty much requires a tamer to jump to level 5 for 3. Though I think we have just been spoiled by the bt7 level 5's.
