Nintendo has done nothing but think of their fans and accommodate within reason, the 3DS and Wii U could've had proprietary memory cards and lied to their consumers about the capabilities of their system, charge for crappy Online services, things Sony has done. Nintendo is one of the best companies in gaming right now. Origin is far inferior to what Nintendo already has anyway.

It turns out that the lawsuit was a bluff. They didn't even file the paperwork in a court. They filled out their copy of the paperwork and tried to bluff their way through it by telling people it was an actual court proceeding. And then they tried to crowdfund their lawsuit on gofundme. I couldn't make up stuff like this if I tried. Valve has kicked them off of Steam though so the company is gone now. They haven't been able to get a single lawyer to even represent them. They keep getting laughed out of the attorney offices.

Since this video, Valve kicked DH off of Steam, and they withdrew their futile lawsuit against Steam users. Their site has changed repeatedly in a few months, at one point begging for legal help, to crying about the Steam users, to now being what looks like a garbage give away scam site and store for their garbage games. The lawsuit vs Jim is still going as far as I know. If it ended, I'm sure he say so. But I wouldn't be worried about him. He's about the worst person they could try to sue. He has connections in the industry, and plenty of money for a defense. The only worse target than someone like him would be a big game publisher, which would bury you alive in court.
