The reason I follow Alpha is because he doesn't sugarcoat anything and tells it like it is. He says what needs to be said. He doesn't care about subscribers or if you like him or not. He does this because he has a voice and he's not afraid of using it. I've been a long time fan of this guy and it's because of shit like this. If you're offended by anything he says, tough. It's not going to change his opinion one way or another. He's as real as it gets and he's worked hard to build his channel up to what it is.

dont forget about things such as! - fake giveaways - asking for likes or subscribers sometimes before the video actually starts - misleading thumbnails / titles - putting anything and everything possible in the tags even if its not relevant to the video - adding pointless bullshit into your video just to try and get it over 10 minutes its a shame most channels are guilty of doing one or more of those listed above things

Many of my videos are over 10 minutes long, I honestly don't mean to make them that long, but it's just... it's just the length of my videos that I feel is necessarily for the information that I need to get out. That said we wouldn't want dead subs, as you said they won't watch our content so no point in having an inflated number for nothing. Yea this is happening mostly to me on twitter. I have a solid but low 104 followers that actually stay, but then there are like 3 or 4 people that leave and come back and its annoying because i have no idea what they come for or what im doing right or wrong.

Oh my god finally someone talks about this kind of thing. I cannot stress how often we get messages from random people on twitter to sub or follow them outta nowhere and it just irritates the hell out of me. Especially because it isn't like I am gonna talk to that person ever again, really, after even doing so or replying back to him or her. So what would I gain out of even doing that which I have a couple of times at first to random people who would spam our inbox on twitter doing that? Absolutely nothing.
