Hi what is the process if I will apply this digital nomad visa as an employee from a company outside Spain? My company has no connection or company in spain. What documents should my company provide for me to be able to have this visa?

I've been trying to find a definite answer to this for awhile now. Did you have any luck? I've heard on one hand, the company doesn't need to do anything but continue paying taxes to the US. On the other hand, I've heard the company needs to establish a satellite branch in spain. The branch makes no sense to me at all but 🤷🏽‍♂️.

i think he said you have to work for a company outside of spain, and if you work for a spanish company it shouldn't be more than 20% of your income

It hasn't been decided yet but probably double the minimum wage in Spain, so about €2100

UK and Spain have a mutual tax agreement so you don't have to pay taxes twice. Does it mean that as UK citizen I don't need to pay taxes in Spain as along as I can prove I am paying taxes for my remote work in the UK?

@whatsapp3174 you have that the wrong way round. Go non dom in the Uk and pay it in spain at 24% rather than the UK's higher rate (scotland even higher)
