Other teams might be better, I don't know. But my team has got a crackpot architect who doesn't listen, as a result he doesn't understand much. To add to it, he has difficulty in putting his point (repeating some words multiple times in a statement and whenever anyone asks or counters, he repeats his same statements 😀) which most of the time everyone knows already and only rarely useful. Request everyone to pray for me and my other team members 🙏 So innovation is far thing in my team, even the practices evolved throughout software industry now are difficult to use because this guy doesn't know about it. He is still in his old times.
