Digitrax PM74, LocoNet problem with new Digitrax Evolution Express starter set (Video#26)

In this video, we will look at the problem I have with LocoNet on another PM74. This is the first time a PM74 develop a LocoNet problem with all new equipment. The new equipment is a DCS210+ command station, a PS615 power supply and a DT602D throttle.
Looking back at Video#9 I see that I have never used any power supplies on the PM74 or BXP88. Adding power supplies to these devices is something I will try. Installing LNRP’s in the layout is something I would like to try.
