Oregon played vanilla with Maryland until they decided to show who is boss with those two linemen on the td and the two pt conversion. Boom!

That's what I noticed watching in the crowd. I'm slightly exaggerating, but I could probably count on one hand the times they used motion of any kind. It was the same against Michigan. I think it's partly to do with saving things for the last stretch in the conference championship and playoffs. But also both Maryland and Wisconsin will be playing us off byes, so they are limiting what they have to break down in their bye week to narrow the advantage in preparation. Which is wild that they are taking teams they can dog walk serious enough to bother adjusting the gameplan to keep any advantage they can.

@@adriangalo3813 Don't get me wrong, it's not JUST that. The players weren't quite sharp enough Saturday regardless of how bland the game plan was. But given how they've responded all year, I think that will encourage them to lock in the rest of the way.
