I was having the same issue with 9mm cases the other day. What I did to fix this was lower the speed on the feeder itself. The slower they dropped and went into the tube, they orientated and dropped fine. With the failsafe rod, my white plastic retainer broke in leas than 6 months owning the press last year. I ended up removing it all together, zip tied the mechanism on the powder drop side to the “unlock” position and used 2 thick rubber bands for the ten room on the return. I will be doing this to all my other powder measures but will be upgrading to the proper length springs for life longevity. Thanks for the additional tips .

You can get the Entirely Crimson bushing an it retains the spring. They also have a quick release wing nut to get rid of the cheesy Dillon one. Adds a cool points to the press too.

Good tips! I took a look att the xl750 i a shop. there was only a 550 setup that he runs for competittion ammo. I saw a lot of holes in the sealing from chain reaction detonated primers ;)

In a previous video on 9mm you had case turned up side down I had same issue talked to Dillon they sent me a small funnel to go in funnel where cases drop in tube fixed problem can leave it in on all calibers

Use less cleaner( about half of what you put in) and get some crushed walnut. Use a mixture of half and half of corncob/walnut combination. This works good for me. But l have found a new liquid cleaner called "brass juice". It works great.

I am sure you could. The other tip that I failed to mention is making sure your fail safe rod is as parallel as possible.

Any issues with the priming take apart the priming assembly so you remove the cup because sometimes you will get brass shavings that get in there and it makes it so it does not see the primers properly. In the Dillon trust manual it will give you the dimensions to where it Hass to be when you reassemble it back together.
