After an incident in the Alhambra Sam Woo ten years ago, I stopped going. Employee was deliberately hostile. I used to spend hundreds a year there.

Sorry to hear your sad incidence. We all react the same way. I am sure those type of employees won't last that long. I have good experience with Sam Woo in Temple City until today, but it's kind of far away for me. That's why I 'm coming to this one in Cerritos, which is just opened around a year ago.
