I agree with this. The singer 2017 Autumn Strong (from Gloria Wu’s channel), is my all time favorite. It was the first time ever that Dimash sang in Chinese; he did not speak the language and had to learn the song phonetically (that is a feat in itself); it totally delighted his Chinese audience. Also there is a very high portion that Dimash did in the Singer that he doesn’t do in concert, and that high portion transports me in another world, it is angelic. You need to hear it, even if you don’t react to it!!

The dears will guide you to the best version of his songs. Gloria Wu tells the background story and also shows Dimash worried that his Chinese pronouncement might not be up to standard. The audience loved it though. I am 75 yr old lady from U.K. I travelled to Latvia to see his live concert in March just before his tour got cancelled due to pandemic. It was fantastic. Dimash can rock and rap and do runs, and opera and anything else. I love it ALL. Xx

There is no question that Dimash has an amazing out of this world voice, probably a once in a lifetime voice. However, I have to admit that since his songs are rarely sung in English, he sounds so similar in all his videos. So I can't get emotional about them. However, it doesn't take away his greatness, but I do appreciate your reaction, since you being a singer probably gives you a better take on his performance. In fact, I enjoyed your emotional journey.
